This project includes the provision of a new library, lecture facilities and support services at the existing teacher training college.

The project will involve new construction, decanting and demolition / renovation of 11,000 sq m in total within an existing fully operational site which contains Junior School, Crèche Facilities, and Major Public Roadway N1 within a contained site area.
